PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an uncured part in an epoxy resin in contact with a winding bobbin by using a thermoplastic resin having low water absorptivity to form the winding bobbin. CONSTITUTION:An assembly of a magnetic core 1 and the winding bobbin 2 is fitted to a shielding case 5 and is fixed by casting the epoxy resin 6 into the case. The thermoplastic resin which has the low water absorptivity and preferably <=0.3% water absorptivity by an ASTM:D570, for example, polyolefin such as polymethyl pentene, polyester such as polybutyrene terephthalate or polyether such as polyphenylene oxide is used for the bobbin 2. An acid anhydride hardener is used for the resin 6. The curing condition of the resin 6 in contact with the bobbin 2 is improved according to the above-mentioned constitution and since the uncured part is eliminated, the environmental resistance is improved.
