摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the fuel consumption and operability, by making the air-fuel ratio of mixed gas lean in idling while making the air-fuel ratio furthermore lean at the time when the actuation of a large electric load is detected. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 9 is interposed on a secondary air supply passage 8 provided with a throttle valve 6 at an alternate route thereof. Further, an idling a engine speed control device comprising a throttle opener 17 and a three-way solenoid valve 18 is additionally mounted on the throttle valve 6 so as to increase the opening degree in idling with the actuation of a large electric load such as a head lamp, air conditioner. And, in the air-fuel ratio control, at the time of idling, the air-fuel ratio of mixed gas is made to be lean in proportional to the desired air-fuel ratio in ordinary operating while at the time when the actuation of the electric load is detected, the opening degree of the solenoid valve 9 is controlled by a control circuit 20 in a manner to make the air-fuel ratio furthermore lean.
