PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for correction of time at the time when a device is started, and to simplify a reserving operation by displaying relatively a reference time from an optional reference time. CONSTITUTION:When a timer device is started, a numerical value at the time of this start is set to '0', and a reference time specified by a numerical value which increases by '1' each at every set unit time of, for instance, 1min, etc., is outputted from a reference time generating means. This reference time is reset to '0', whenever counting of a one day portion is ended, and accordingly, when a reserved time is set by specifying it by this reference time, a reservation to the same time of every day is executed, and at that time, an alarm, etc., are outputted by an executing means.
