<p>PURPOSE:To considerably shorten the stop time for a production line by constituting a titled heater in such a manner that two units of induction heating furnaces having different inside diameters can be alternately used and that the exchange can be made during the operation of the device. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of two units of the induction heating furnaces 13a, 13b which have the different inside diameters and are connected via a change-over switch to a power source device 22, a transfer device 5 which is provided on the inlet side of the furnaces 13a, 13b and supplies materials 1 to be heated selectively to the furnaces, a supply device 2 which has a selection mechanism to supply the materials 1 to the selected device 5, a discharge chuter 18 which is provided on the outlet side of two units of the furnaces 13a, 13b and discharges the materials 1 and a control device 23 which controls the induction heating of the materials 1.</p> |
