PURPOSE:To reduce the time for replacing rolls by disposing a suitable number of engaging claws capable of rising and setting in the radial direction of a tube with the movement of a moving member, and providing an engaging piece always projecting in the radial direction of the tube on the other moving member. CONSTITUTION:As an engaging piece 34 of a roll holder 22 always projects over the peripheral surface of a hollow support tube 24, at the time of installing a roll body 14, the end portion of the roll body is brought into contact with the engaging piece 34 to be prevented from positioning outside the moving range of moving members 28, 30. When a reverse screwed shaft 26 is turned by a handle 46, the moving members 28, 30 approach each other, and simultaneously the moving member 28 moves through a through hole of a sleeve 48, so that an engaging piece 32 is expanded by a taper portion 28b. When the reverse screwed shaft is further turned, the sleeve 48 moves with the moving member 28, and inclined portions 32a, 34a enter an opening portion of a core 16 of the roll body 14 to fix the roll body 14 to the hollow support tube 24.
