摘要 PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce time required for arrangement work and to remarkably improve reliability with respect to a measured result by using a beltlike sheet where plural cylindrical members are arranged at the equal intervals and arranging the cylindrical members to seal fin parts in the lump. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 and a rotor 2 are separated and the beltlike sheet 16 is stuck to the parts facing the seal fins 8 of the outside peripheries of moving blades 4 and the parts facing the seal fins 9 of the outside peripheral surface of a rotation shaft 3. In this way, since laying work of lead wires 10 is performed in the lump, the work can be finished in a short time. Further, since the lead wires 10 are positioned at the equal intervals on the beltlike sheet 16 in advance, there is little possibility that the dislocation of the position takes places on the lead wires at the time of laying the wires. As a result, measuring accuracy can be improved. Then, when the sticking work of the principal part of clearance measurement is finished, the stator 1 and the rotor 2 are assembled and the chip spaces by the seal fins 8 and 9 are formed to the lead wires 10.
