PURPOSE:To attain a sure loading with high accuracy by fitting the alignment part of a rotary shaft only to the center hole of an absorbed member fitted to the substrate of an information storage medium at the turntable side so as to align the information storage medium. CONSTITUTION:A disk 1 is constituted that two substrates 6, 6 having an information recording layer 5 are adhered by clipping an inner spacer 7 and an outer spacer while the information recording layers 5, 5 are placed at the inside and the absorbed members 8, 8 absorbed magnetically to both sides of the inner diameter side are fitted. A hub 8 has a center hole 10 fitted to the alignment part 9a of the rotary shaft 9 of a medium drive means 3 and adhered by an adhesives not giving adverse effect to the substrates 6, 6 such as an epoxy adhesives. The outer diameter of the projection 8a of the hub 8 and the center hole 10 of the hub 8 are worked coaxially with high accuracy and the center of pregroup and the rotary axial center of the rotary shaft 9 are made to coincide with each other.
