摘要 PURPOSE:To improve workability by glavanizing a steel sheet by vacuum deposition and alloying the plating to form the alloy compsn. satisfying specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The steel sheet is glavanized by vacuum deposition and thereafter the plating is subjected to the alloying treatment. The surface is thus alloyed to the relatively soft xsi phase. The performance of the xsi phase is attained if the quantity thereof is <=4 value of A expressed by (I1+I2+I3)/I1 as a result of the analysis by X-ray diffraction. The above-mentioned I1 is expressed by the difference between the peak intensity of the X-ray diffraction and background at the lattice spacing d=2.15Angstrom . The I2 is expressed by the difference between the peak intensity of the X-ray diffraction and background at the lattice spacing d=2.14Angstrom . The I3 is expressed by the difference between the peak intensity of the X-ray diffraction and background at the lattice spacing d=2.60Angstrom .
