PURPOSE:To reduce requirement of inline purge by providing fluid circulating pipings in piping systems of a reservoir tank and of a pump for making circulating operation in the case of short term stopping. CONSTITUTION:Self circulating pipings 1, 2 are respectively provided for slurry tanks A, B and pumps (a), (b). Another self circulating piping 3 is provided in order to joint two systems respectively consisting of a slurry tank C and a pump (c) and consisting of a slurry tank D and a pump (d). In the case of short term stopping for maintenance check or the like, slurry is circulated by the self circulating pipings 1-3, so that slurry in the pipings can be prevented from sedimentation and restarting can be carried out smoothly.
