摘要 PURPOSE:To widen the hysteresis width by connecting a PMOSFET and an NMOSFET between an input inverter and a feedback inverter, and a power source of a CMOS Schmitt trigger circuit, and using a gate of the PMOSFET and the NMOSFET as an input terminal. CONSTITUTION:The potential of an input terminal 17 is VSS, the potential of a connecting point 18, and the potential of an output terminal 19 become VDD, and VSS, respectively, and PMOSFETs 11, 13, and NMOSFETs 14, 15 and 16 and a PMOSFET 12 are on, and off, respectively. From this state, the potential of the input terminal 17 rises, and when it reaches a threshold voltage VT of the NMOSFET 15, the FET 15 becomes on, and subsequently, the FET 14 becomes on, and operates so as to lower the potential of the connecting point 18. When the potential of the input terminal further rises, the potential of the connecting point 18 further falls, and when it reaches a threshold voltage of an inverter 20, an output terminal 19 becomes the potential of VDD, the FET 13, and the FET 16 are turned off, and on, respectively, and an inversion operation is executed.
