PURPOSE:To provide a herbicide containing benzothiazol-2-yloxy-acetic acid N-methylanilide and p-nitrophenyl-2,4-6-trichlorophenyl ether as active components and exhibiting cooperative and synergistic effect. CONSTITUTION:A herbicide containing benzothiazol-2-yloxy-acetic acid N- methylanilide of formula I in combination with p-nitrophenyl-2,4,6-trichlorophenyl ether of formula II, having remarkably improved selective herbicidal activity against various kinds of weeds and capable of surely killing the weeds. The herbicide has low toxicity to warm-blooded animal and is free from phytotoxicity to culture plant. |
