PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a host computer after a pulse programmer is started, by providing a table for storing a pulse sequence code to be updated, and a sequence execution memory of a ring memory constitution. CONSTITUTION:In a program code which is read out of a sequence execution memory 4, an instruction bit is contained,and an instruction decoding/controlling circuit 8 decodes it, and generates a control signal to an address sequencer 5 and an interrupting signal to an MPU 1. The MPU 1 receives it and transfers a program code of the next cycle of a pulse sequence, to a sequence execution memory 4 from a memory 3, therefore, the cycle can be repeatedly infinitely. Accordingly, when the program code is transferred in advance to a table of the memory 3 from a host computer, there is no burden to the host computer after a pulse programmer has been started.
