发明名称 COPLANAR HYBRID CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce a parasitic reactance, and also, to easily make the titled circuit monolithic, by forming a transmission line containing a coplanar type waveguide line, and a slot line on one main surface of the same dielectric substrate, so that a prescribed connection can be executed mutually without passing through a through-hole. CONSTITUTION:The first coplanar type waveguide line 11 which has been formed by the first center conductor 22 and the first and the second ground conductors 25, 26, the second coplanar type waveguide line 12 of electric length 1/4 wavelength, which has been formed by the second center conductor 23 and the first ground conductor 25 and the third ground conductor 27, and the third coplanar type waveguide line 13 of electric length 1/4 wavelength, which has been formed by the third center conductor 24, and ground conductors 26, 27 are provided on one main surface of a dielectric substrate 19. Also, the first, the second and the third slot lines 14, 15 and 16 are provided, with ground conductors 25, 26 and 27, and the first and the second slot conductors 28, 29 which have been connected to the center conductors 23, 24 by bridge conductors 27a, 17b. In this way, a circuit can be formed on the same main surface of the same dielectric substrate, therefore, it can easily be made monolithic.
