PURPOSE:To easily repair a defective part of seal only and enhance productivity of manufacturing line or process by using a jig for heating equipped with a pair of near infrared rays lamps facing each other. CONSTITUTION:Defective sealed workpieces resulting from omissions of coating, troubles with jig for heating and the like after going through coating and heating processes, are partly coated with sealer and then the position of a section replenished with sealer 14 between an upper jig 2 and a lower jig 3 of a jig 1 for heating is set in the repairing process. Next, by partly preheating again the defective part by means of heat developing of near infrared rays lamps 4 and 5, sealer coating all around the circumference of hemming section 13 can be carried out. During said process, problems in the jig for heating and the like in the line are repaired immediately so as to prevent the following workpieces to be supplied to the heating process from developing defects.
