The invention relates to a process for producing scaffolding boards (1) with plastic supporting elements (2), the supporting elements (2) being moulded in a moulding cavity. The aim is to permit simple, rapid and cost-effective production. This is achieved in that a profile is moulded by continuous feeding of reinforcing profiles (3) delimiting the narrow side of the mould cavity (37), by continuous premovement of the mould cavity walls (belts 34, 35) delimiting the broad side of the mould cavity (37) and by continuous foam-filling of the mould cavity (37) with curable plastic, in that the profile is coated on its broad side with a high-strength cover layer (5, 6) and in that the profile is cut to desired lengths after the curing of the plastic.
