The grate has at least two flexible connecting elements on which blade-bearing elements in the form of bars or lamellae are provided at a distance from one another. The inlet and the outlet of each through-opening are arranged offset with respect to each other, the through-openings being arranged at an acute angle with respect to the outer side. The two through-openings arranged near the end-side delimitation blade-bearing elements run in opposite directions. As a result of the connecting elements bearing in each case only on one outer side of the through-opening inlet and the through-opening outlet, there is a clamping action which fixedly secures the load-bearing elements on the connecting elements. The grate can be used on both sides and, after laying, guarantees precise positioning.
