PURPOSE:To enable voltage to be controlled with a simple circuit, by turning a converting element ON/OFF when a first condenser and a second condenser are charged to come to respective specified values. CONSTITUTION:When DC voltage is applied to power terminals 1, 4, then a condenser 15 is charged by a circuit consisting of a resistance 16, the condenser 15, and the tertiary winding 14 of a transformer 2. When the condenser 15 is charged to come to a specified value, then an FET5 is turned ON, and voltage is generated on the secondary winding 6 and the tertiary winding 14 of the transformer 2. A condenser 7 is charged with voltage generated on the tertiary winding 14. When the condenser 17 is charged to come to a specified value, then a transistor 19 is turned ON, and the FET5 is turned OFF. After that, the operation is repeated, and stable output is fed from the secondary winding 6 to a load.
