PURPOSE:To prevent the crack to casing due to the change of temperature by providing a cushion layer of expandable resin on the outside circumference of the metal parts for electrical machinery and appliance. CONSTITUTION:The internal stress of a casing 10, produced by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the metal parts and thermosetting resin when the latter constituting the casing 10 to mold the metal parts such as an iron core and the like is hardening, is absorbed and softened by the elastic deformation of a cushion layer 13 provided on the outside circumference of a metal parts such as the iron core and the like. Furthermore, as the thermal stress distortion to the casing 10 produced by the change of temperature in actually using cast molded electrical machinery and apparatus can be absorbed and softened by the cushion layer 13, the crack to the casing 10 can effectively be prevented.
