PURPOSE:To remove power source noises entering into a control circuit section, by providing a simple circuit configuration between a power source section and an interface circuit section. CONSTITUTION:A noise removing circuit section 6 is constituted by connecting high-pressure resisting switching diodes 61 and 62 in series and parallel to the input side of an interface circuit section 5. The diodes 61 and 62 execute blocking or absorbing actions so that positive or negative power source noise pulses cannot enter into a control circuit section 4. Namely, the diode 61 connected in series becomes high in impedance to the positive noise pulse and blocks the noise pulse and both the diodes 61 and 62 connected in series and parallel become low in impedance to the negative noise pulse and absorb the noise pulse.
