PURPOSE:To prevent a claw during operation from coming loose as well as to make the setting of a tool ever so easy, by installing a lock device, locking rotation of a rotary ring to a shaft, and a lock releasing device. CONSTITUTION:With rotation of a rotary ring 2, setting by a claw 5 of a tool 4 is carried out, and a lock metal device 3 is operated by rotation of a handle 3, preventing the clamping of the tool 4 by the claw 5 from coming loose. Plural grooves 40 formed between an inner circumferential surface of the rotary ring 2 and an outer circumferential surface of a shaft 1 and a lock metal device 23 to be constituted by needle rollers 9 set up in these grooves 40 both are rotated in an F direction, whereby the claw 5 is relocked. Lock release is carried out by rotation in a U direction. |
