PURPOSE:To obtain a recording electrode for electrostatic recording not lowered in recording density even if used for a long time, by integrating a plurality of conductive fibers by an insulating substance. CONSTITUTION:A recording electrode 6 is prepared by integrating a large number of conductive fibers 8 after bundling by an insulating substance 9. As the insulating substance 9, there are an org. polymer and an inorg. polymer. Because the recording electrode 6 is constituted so as to expose the end surface of a large number of fibers 8, a large number of corner parts easy to discharge are formed up to the central part of the surface of the electrode and certain recording is performed. Therefore, the central part of the recording electrode also becomes easy to discharge and a phenomenon such that recording density is lowered because the central part of a dot becomes white into open can be suppressed. |
