PURPOSE:To prevent not only the adhesion of ink but also the lowering in printing quality by enhancing abrasion resistance and markedly reducing dynamical friction coefficient, by constituting a contact guide surface by roughening the surface of a guide member and further applying a fluorocarbon resin to the roughened surface of said guide member. CONSTITUTION:Chromium (Cr) plating processing is applied to the base material 8 of a guide member of printed running paper (a), that is, a turn bar 5 or a triangular plate 6 and the surface of the chromium plating layer 9 is roughened to form a matte finish surface 9a and a fluorocarbon resin 10 is applied to said surface 9a to provide the contact guide surface 9a of the running paper (a). Because the fluorocarbon resin has extremely low surface energy of 10-20 erg/cm<2>, ink or a paper powder is hardly adhered to the guide surface 9a. Further, because said fluorocarbon resin has low dynamical friction coefficient of 0.1-0.2, the sliding of the running paper on the contact guide surface of the turn bar or the triangular plate becomes extremely well and the adhesion of ink due to rubbing is reduced. |
