PURPOSE:To certainly feed a ribbon tape even if the pressure contact force of a take-up core is small by sufficiently thrusting the projection of a drive roller into the ribbon tape even in such a state that a small amount of the ribbon tape is wound around a take-up core, by arranging an elastic member to the central part of the outer periphery of the tak-up core over the entire periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rubber ring 13 is formed by a rubber tube in a constant width and mounted to a groove 13c over the entire periphery thereof. When a drive roller 4 is rotated in such a state that a ribbon tape 1 is slightly wound around a take-up core 13, the projection 4a of said roller 14 is deeply thrusted into not only the ribbon tape 1 but also the rubber ring 13b and the take-up core 13 rotates. Because of this, the ribbon tape 1 is fed to the direction shown by an arrow B and guided in the lateral direction thereof by a guide roller to be taken up by the take-up core 13. As a take-up amount increases, a toggle spring 5 is deformed to be brought to the state shown by an one-dot broken line.
