<p>PURPOSE:To extract accurately the movement of an object of a composite color television signal by using a memory having at least three fields of capacity so as to operate the magnitude of an inter-frame difference signal of an inter-field difference signal having equal subcarrier signal. CONSTITUTION:An NTSC signal inputted to an input terminal 1 is inputted to a field memory 9 having a capacity of 262H and its output is subtracted from an input signal at a subtraction circuit 10. Since the polarity of the carrier chrominance signal is inverted in the NTSC signal at each horizontal scanning period H, the polarity of the scanning line before 262H is the same as that of the present scanning line. As a result, a significant difference signal appears at a part having a steep level change in the vertical direction. This signal is delayed by the frame memory 11 and the inter-frame difference signal at a subtraction circuit 12, then the vertical level change component of a still picture is eliminated and only the dynamic component appears at an output terminal 13.</p> |
