PURPOSE:To improve an outside appearance and prevent scratches caused in transportation and binding, by urging projecting rings on the inside and the outside a coil by a gripping action of urging arms at the outside and the inside of the coil and forming their end surfaces to a round or arm shape. CONSTITUTION:The style of packing of a coil 4 is improved by urging projecting rings on the surface of the coil 4 by arms 12, 13. In addition, with respect to the coil hang 9 of the coil end portion, hanging rings are urged by forming the base end urging portions of the urging arms 12, 13 to a round or taper shape so that the appearance of the coil end portion.
