PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the plottage of a warehouse, by providing two rows of sorting truck-use linear rails between the first and second conveyance regions crossing at a right angle with their both conveying paths and mutually transfer loading articles in the first and second conveyance regions by plural sorting trucks reciprocating on said rails. CONSTITUTION:A two-streak set of linear rails 8, 9, crossing at a right angle with an article conveying direction, are parallelly laid between in-out storage conveyer group 2 in the second conveyance region and an article disposal conveyer group 3 in the first conveyance region. Sorting trucks 10, 11 reciprocate running respectively on these rails 8, 9. And the sorting trucks 10, 11, which are equipped with roller conveyers 10A, 10B and 11A, 11B as a mutually transfer loading means for an article, use the conveyers 10A, 11A for mutually transfer loading an in-storage article while the conveyers 10B, 11B for mutually transfer loading an out-storage article. As the result, the limited plottage of a warehouse can be extremely effectively utilized.
