PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in durability in making motion so smooth, by inserting an intermediate rolling element, consisting of a turning wheel, a rolling element and a fixed wheel, into space between a torque transferring rolling element and an elastic body, in case of a tapping holder provided with an overload preventer. CONSTITUTION:A holder shaft 14, provided with a clutch surface 1 which is formed with a concave part 6 extending a tap holder 12 with a tap 11 at the lower part and fitting a torque transferring rolling element 13 in the upper part, is fitly installed in the inner part of a cylindrical body 10. And, in a clutch plate 9, there are provided with plural through holes 15 where this rolling element 13 is fitted in, and in this case, the same number of pieces of this rolling element 13 are used as well. Next, an intermediate rolling element 19 made up of a combination of a turning wheel 16, a rolling element 17 and a fixed wheel 18 is mounted on the rolling element 13, and furthermore plural Belleville springs 20 are mounted on it. And, an adjusting cylindrical case 21 is screwed in the cylindrical body so as to become the preset slip torque value and use. With this constitution, motion is smoothly performable.
