PURPOSE:To easily obtain the product of high precision, by manufacturing the stator of a linear pulse motor formed with a pair of magnetic core sections, yoke sections, and four-phase pole tooth sections integrally, on a substrate made of a sheet of soft-magnetic metallic substance. CONSTITUTION:A linear motor is formed with a mover 1 forming pole teeth 11 on the lower surface and a stator 2 confronted with each other at a specified distance. The stator 2 is provided with a slit-formed fitting slot 21 met at the right angle to the moving direction A of the mover 1, and with a slit slot 22 orthogonal to the fitting slot 21, on the central section of a substrate 20 made of a sheet of soft-magnetic metallic substance. An integrally organized pair of magnetic core sections 3, 3a, yoke sections 4, 4a, and four-phase pole tooth sections 5a-5d are arranged, and pole teeth 51a-51d are formed by etching. A permanent magnet 6 with poles N, S on the pole tooth side is fitted on the fitting slot 21. The core sections 3, 3a are wound up with coils 31, 31a, and the direction of current is changed, and the making and breaking of the current is executed. As a result, the product of high precision is obtained from simple assembling work.
