PURPOSE:To provide green tea with characteristic aroma of flower and to produce green tea having improved flavor and commercial value, by blending green tea having completed ARACHA (just produced green tea but not yet classified) production process or finishing process with tea flower and redrying. CONSTITUTION:About 200g plucked and collected tea flower is added to 1kg tea leaves of green tea having completed ARACHA production process or finishing process. They are fully blended while stirring and allowed to stand for about 14-15hr as they are. In the operation, the green tea is provided with aroma and the tea leaves and the tea flower are redried at about 100 deg.C for about 30-40min to give the aimed tea.
