PURPOSE:To remove a roll on a roll support arm and mount a new waiting rolled paper quickly, by journaling a both roll supporting arm between a paper supply unit and a stand for both rolls. CONSTITUTION:When a rolled paper 3a which is traveling to be supplied is to be replaced with a rolled paper 3b, a paper splicing preparation 6b is slided toward the right hand side furthermore and the edge portion 3b' of the rolled paper 3b is unwounded to be applied onto paper 3a' in traveling so that they are sliced by adhesion means such as gluing or melting and then the paper 3a is cut off. The rolled paper 3a which has completed its supply is removed from a support arm 15a and taken out by a roll take out conveyer 12. The roll support arm 15a is turned in the right direction for mounting a waiting rolled paper 3c on it and a paper splicing preparation unit 6a on the side of the rolled paper sheet 3c is slided toward the left hand side to be located at the position illustrated by a dotted line for waiting for paper splicing. On the other hand, the rolled paper 3b which has been spliced and is being supplied is located at the paper supply unit 11 by the rotation of a roll support arm 15b in the right direction and supported by it.
