PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, to easily assemble and to enable a sure attachment by freely rotatably attaching a holder to a cabinet by interposing a driver unit and a rotary shaft by a pair of both side holders having recessed parts and a rotary bearing parts. CONSTITUTION:After a lead wire 13 is passed through a through hole 11 disposed in the rotary shaft 7, the driver unit 1 is held by the recessed parts 12, 12' disposed on the pair of the both side holders 2, 2' and mounted. Then, the rotary shaft 7 of a substantially spherical shape formed integrally with the cabinet 5 is interposed by the rotary bearing parts 10 and 10' disposed on the holders 2, 2' and the holders 2, 2' are rotatably attached to the cabinet 5. An ear pad 8 is covered on the holders 2, 2' holding the driver unit 1.
