PURPOSE:To bring a tube into contact enough and to couple it firmly to a substrate by solder, by superposing a covered plate having a flanged hole corresponding to a tube inserting hole, onto the substrate having many tube inserting holes and inserting the tube, and soldering each contact part to each other. CONSTITUTION:Copper plating 2, 2 is performed to both faces of a header plate substrate 1 of a soft steel plate, and a tube inserting hole 3 is pierced in an important point. In this regard, sometimes the copper plating is omitted. Subsequently, a hole 6 of thin wall covered plates 4, 4 having the same material characteristic as that of the substrate, and also having a flanged 5 hole 6 whose position, shape and size correspond to the tube inserting hole 3, and the tube inserting hole 3 are matched and the plate is superposed onto both faces of the substrate 1. In this regard, solder plating is performed to the surface and the reverse side. Also, as the case may be, the covered plate 4 is superposed on only one face of the substrate 1. Subsequently, a tube 7 is fitted and inserted into the hole 6 and the inserting hole 3, and put into a furnace and heated. As a result, solder of the covered plate 4 is melted and each contact surface is exactly soldered. |
