PURPOSE:To make the pump in the caption to be superior in its vibration characteristic, by supporting only an outer casing by a floating support, setting an inner casing rigidly, and connecting the outer casing to the inner casing through a flexible pipe seal mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The outer casing 1 of a pump is supported as being hung from the lower surface of a floor 3, and the inner casing 10 is set rigidly. A suction pipe 7 is connected to the side surface of the outer casing 1, a discharge pipe 8 is connected to the lower end thereof and the upper part thereof is air-tightly connected to the inner casing 10 fixed to the floor 3, through a flexible pipe (bellows) 9. In this way, the pump can be made to be freely movable according to the reaction force of the pipes, and superior extremely in its vibration characteristic.
