PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of a composite pipe by freely glidably disposing a sliding contactor atop the granular particles filled in a metallic strip, detecting the vertical displacement of a detecting rod and feeding the same back to a granular particle feeder and controlling the feed rate. CONSTITUTION:The granular particles 2 are filled into a metallic body 1 from an electromagnetic feeder 8. The sliding contactor 3 moves upward or downward and the vertical displacement of the detecting rod 5 is detected as an electric signal by a differential transformer if the amt. of the granular particles 2 filled therein is excessive of short. The signal is fed back to the electromagnetic feeder 8 via a controller 7 by which the oscillation rate of the electromagnetic feeder 8 is controlled. The stabilization and assurance of quality are made sure by the above-mentioned constitution.
