PURPOSE:To repeat transmission information based on time specifying information for specifying a transmission time and to use a time band reduced at its line rate by adding said time specifying information to transmission information to be transmitted from a transmitting facsimile to a repeating facsimile. CONSTITUTION:A pushbutton(PB) signal 103 belonging to original information 103 as the time specifying information and outputted from a PB telephone set is added to the original information and transmitted from the transmitting facsimile equipment 10 in a facsimile communication system to the repeating facsimile equipment 20. The signal 103 is decoded by a PB signal decoder 23 and converted into a BCD value information 102 and the information 102 is inputted and stored to/in a control part 25 as the originating time of the received information 103. Then, the information 103 stored in a document memory 24 is accessed at the stored originating time through a communication control part 22, applied to an exchange 40 through a network control part 21 and transmitted to a destination facsimile equipment 30. Thus, a time band reduced at its line rate can be used.
