PURPOSE:To provide an electric frame heater for foot warming which is capable of being adaptable for a person using this heater prefers by providing in a wind passage a temperature sensor which makes control to lower to some extent the inside temperature of the heater when the temperature of air flowing in the wind passage of a heat generating unit is maintained for a certain time period and, further, providing a selection switch by which a person who uses the heater can select to have the control of the temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:It is judged by control treatment of an outside control controller 9 whether the state of temperature in a temperature sensor 5 keeps a certain temperature or it is in an unstable state that it is changing. For instance, if the temperature in the heater is constant, control is made to lower the temperature to a temperature a little lower than an initially set temperature. Since a person who uses the heater may want to maintain always a set temperature regardless of the existence of a person who uses the heater, the person can select control or no control after a stable state has been kept by a manual selection switch provided in the control controller 9.
