PURPOSE:To enable a remote control exchanging device to process a call other than an intra-office call by making a remote control exchanging device included in a master station exchanging device execute the repeating of a call between an oblique circuit storing exchanging device through a subscriber line signal processor. CONSTITUTION:When a system-down trouble is generated in the master station exchang ing device or a fault is generated in a communication line 9 or 10 between the remote control exchanging device 6 and the device 7, the device 6 is turned to a stand alone state independent of the communication system. Under said state, the oblique circuit storing exchanging device 8 is oppositely connected to the device 6 by both subscriber line signal processors 4 through a prescribed inter-office signal line 10. The processor 4 in the device 6 identifies whether a generated access means communication with an ISDN terminal 1 or communication with a terminal 8 on the basis of the assignment of the service access point identifier and processes both the communication by a common protocol. As the result of said connection, the device 6 repeats the call to other offices by bus connection to the oblique circuit and a common signal fixed for use between offices.
