TWO-LAYER MICROSTRIP ANTENNA

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a comparatively small two-layer microstrip antenna and to easily attain impedance matching by making an upper antenna eccentric from a lower antenna. CONSTITUTION:The upper circular disk 7 is arranged eccentrically from the lower circular disk 8 by L0 and power is fed from one point of the back of each disk. When respective radiuses of the disks 7, 8 are Ru and Rl, the radius of a circular cavity is Rc and the feeding point position of the disk 7 is set up on a position separated from its center by Ru/3, the radius can be contracted down to about Ru/6 if Rl-Ru>Ru-6, so that the size of the lower antenna can be reduced.
