PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce a positive side electrode and a negative side electrode for a plastic battery at a time, by covering a conductor to be the negative side electrode with a filter with a specific scope of filtering capacity when a positive side electrode is produced. CONSTITUTION:In an electrolytic cell 1, an electrolytic polymerization solution 2 is housed. In the solution 2, a collector 3 is placed, and at the opposite position of the collector 3, a conductor 4 is furnished which is covered by a filter 5. Furthermore, at the collector 3 side, a leading wire 7a connected to the positive side of a DC power source 6 is furnished, while at the conductor 4 side, a leading wire 7b connected to the negative side of the DC power source 6 is arranged. By applying a DC current between the both bodies 3 and 4 to carry out the electrolytic polymerization, a membrane of a conductive highpolymer material is separated at the collector 3 side, while a membrane of lithium is formed at the conductor 4 side through the filter 5. As the filter 5, a filter paper or a porous filter with a filtering time between 100sec and 350sec is used. |
