PURPOSE:To reduce fitting time by fitting a rotary shaft to a bearing assembling them and mounting the bearing to a base, in mounting the rotary shaft to the base via the bearing. CONSTITUTION:A capstan shaft 1 is fitted to the bearing 2 and they are assembled by fixing a fastening member 6. Various tests are conducted in this state and if any defect exists, the relevant component is replaced. Then a housing 7 of the bearing 2 is fixed to the base 3 by using a screw 4. When the diameter of a flywheel 10 is larger than that of a flange 9 of the metal housing 7, a screw fitting hole 11 is better to be provided to required positions of the flywheel 10 to apply screw fastening work for the flywheel 10. Through the above constitution, it is not required to remove the bearing 2 once fitted from the base 3 and the mounting time is reduced.
