PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease of S/N of signal light by forming the edge shape of a mirror oscillating part which can deflect incident light into plural directions according to input signals to the side inclined with the progress direction of the incident light or a curve. CONSTITUTION:The reflections in the respective parts at the edge 50 of the mirror oscillating part 13 are not directed to one direction and are scattered in various directions if the section in the progress direction of, for example, an illuminating luminous flux is designated as A. The reason for this is attributable to the fact that only the light from certain one pint in a convex mirror can be reflected in one direction where there is the reflected light of the case when the parallel light enters the concave mirror, if the edge part 50 is considered to be a part of the convex mirror. The incident noise light on the optical axis direction of a projecting lens is, therefore, only the incident light on the position x'. The decrease of the S/N of the signal in the direction of the signal light when the mirror oscillating part deflects is thereby prevented.
