PURPOSE:To attain direct data transmission among all processors by providing an electromagnetic coupling substrate coupled with data transmission lines for plural magnetic circuits correspondingly to respective processors. CONSTITUTION:A substrate B is provided to each processor and the total number R of magnetic circuits M is determined from the total number of substrates B and the communication traffic degree of a system. Coils L are arrayed on the B like a matrix and respective circuits M are penetrated through the coils L located on the same position of matrix arrays on respective substrates B to form a closed circuit. The same lines of respective coils L on one end side of the coils L are connected in parallel so as to be connected to a line terminal TA and the same rows of the coils on the other end side are connected in parallel through a reverse flow blocking diode D and connected to a row terminal TB. Consequently, direct data transmission can be attained among all the processors and a required time for data transmission can be shortened.
