PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of missing fault of the storage state of a disk by providing a detection circuit detecting the modulation of a reproducing signal being the result of storage information of the disk reproduced by a head. CONSTITUTION:When the floating of the head 6 is stable, since no modulation is given to the reproducing signal, the amplitude of an output signal of an amplifier 20 and the output signal of an LPF 21 are constant. The output signal of the LPF 21 is lower than the output signal of a reference voltage generation circuit 22, the output signal of a comparator 23 goes to '0' and no pulse is outputted. When the floating of the head 6 is unstable, the modulation is given to the reproducing signal and the output of the comparator 23 goes to '1' and a pulse is included in an output signal (d). An electronic computer receiving the pulse gives a command to a memory device outputting the pulse and stores information to other memory device before the head 6 is not floated from the disk 3 thereby preventing the missing fault of the storage information. |
