摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a spring out and a shock to be effectively avoided of a vehicle when it is decelerated, by changing a control gain in deceleration time from that in normal time and controlling speed change ratio slowing its shift-up control speed in a condition as almost holding the speed change ratio. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle is in normal operation, a speed change ratio control means 109 variably controls speed change ratio of a continuously variable transmission mechanism 50, and its input speed is regulated so as to be in a target value corresponding to an accelerator opening of an engine 1. while a control is performed returning an accelerator pedal. and also the target value of the input speed of the continuously variable transmission mechanism 50 rapidly decreases corresponding to a rapid decrease of the accelerator opening. Then the continuously variable transmission mechanism is controlled so that an actual input speed agrees with the above rapidly decreasing target value, and a control gain correcting means 111, which simultaneously with the above receives a detection output from a rapid decrease time detecting means 110, corrects a control gain in a speed change ratio shift-up control so as to be decreased smaller than that in normal operation time. Consequently, the input speed of the continuously variable transmission mechanism 50 slowly decreases to the target value, and a rapid shift-up control of the speed change ratio is suppressed.
