<p>PURPOSE:To prevent wear with friction heat likely to be generated between armature, rotor outer pole and inner pole, by making them from pure iron with easy-to-cut characteristic. CONSTITUTION:On a driven shaft 11 is fitted the cylindrical part 5a of a rotor 15, which is composed of a rotor inner pole 12 in the form of a ring, a frictional lining 13 fixed to the outside surface of said inner pole 12, and a rotor outer pole 14 located outside the abovementioned lining 13, where the rotor 15 is so arranged as to rotate as in a single solid body together with the driven shaft 11. The rotor inner pole 12, roto outer pole 14 and an armature 19 are made from a pure iron having good magnetic characteristics as well as easy-to-cut characteristic.</p> |
