PURPOSE:To release an already vulcanized tire surely by a method wherein the piston rod of a cylinder for separating the already vulcanized tire is lowered and a gripping piece held by the rod is engaged with an upper bead opening rim, thereafter, the piston rod is elevated. CONSTITUTION:A movable upper die is opened and retreated after a tire 20 is vulcanized and the main body 9 of a take-up device, positioned at the position of a carrying conveyor 8, is advanced to the upper part of a lower die 2 through a moving cylinder 10. The upper bead ring 6 of a fladder 4, abutting against the inner surface of the tire 20 is pulled into a center mechanism 3 through the descent of a piston rod 7 synchronized with or before or after the advance of the main body 9 of the device, whereby the mechanism 3 is released from the inner surface of the tire, subsequently, the piston rod 17 is elevated under the load of a cylinder 16 and, thus, the tire is separated from the die without generating the deviation of center from the center of the lower die. |
