PURPOSE:To uniformly mix excavated soil and a hardener by providing inner and outer stirring blades turning in the opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:A sidelong gear box 9 is connectedly provided to the lower end of a rotary shaft 5 and plural excavating shafts 10a and 10b are hung down from the box 9. The excavating shafts 10a and 10b are each a double inversing shaft consisting of an inner shaft 11 and an outer shaft 12, each of which is connected with inner and outer stirring blades 13 and 14 to be mutually turned in the opposite directions. The formation of soil conglomerates and the occurrence of induced turning phenomenon can thus be prevented, and the mixing of excavated soil and hardener can also be uniformly performed.
