PURPOSE:To obtain a response to some extent even when plural equipment corresponding devices are received and designated by inserting a response information outputted by the equipment corresponding device into the prescribed response information area in the received information block. CONSTITUTION:Terminal equipment 21-32 are accommodated through respective annular transmitting equipment 11-16 to one transmitting system and execute an optional transmission. Respective transmitting equipments are annularly connected by a bit serial loop transmission line 3. A transmission controller temporarily stores the response information sent from an equipment corresponding device and inserts the information to the prescribed area in the receiving data system. Thus, the equipment corresponding device to execute the transmission can obtain the response information from the data system after the device thus around the annular transmission line, and therefore, the special interface hardware to receive said information comes to be not necessary. When the information is inserted, the response information stored temporarily and OR are obtained and replaced for the response information in the received information block, thereby, being able to obtain the response from plural equipment corresponding devices.
