PURPOSE:To easily switch a fluid circuit, by providing a pair of valve members adapted to independently open and close a suction port circuit and a drain port circuit, and also providing a valve driving selector valve. CONSTITUTION:When an oil pressure of a hydraulic oil under pressure to be supplied to a suction port 11 exceeds a biasing force of a spring, a closed condition of a suction port circuit 14 by a valve member 20 on the suction port side is released, and the hydraulic oil is allowed to flow to a discharge port 12 side, thereby increasing the hydraulic pressure of the discharge port side. On the other hand, when a valve driving selector valve 3 is switched, a pressurized fluid is supplied from the outside to a valve driving cylinder 4 to move a piston 41 in a cylinder 40. Accordingly, a closed condition of a drain port circuit 15 by a valve member 21 on a drain port 13 side is released, while the suction port circuit 14 is closed by the valve member 20 on the suction port side.
