PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of strength as well as to unnecessitate operations on ship and diving operation by forming an anode to match with the finished outside diameter of coating. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing bars 6 are attached to the outside of a pipe 1, and an anode 4 is attached through an insulator 8 to the upside. The anode 4 is formed to match with the finished outside diameter of a coating 2 and a core metal 7 is also provided. The core metal 7 is welded to the end of the pipe and the coating 2 is applied. Since the surface of the anode 4 is leveled with the coating 2, the rise of the grounding resistance can be prevented and the anticorrosive life can be lengthened. Also, since no trouble occurs in drawing operation on rollers, the needs for operations on ship and diving operation can be eliminated.
